Give us two days, and if you are not totally satisfied with the fishing, the comfort of our facilities, the food, equipment, or the level of service --- if you are not having a great time --- Whalers' Cove Lodge will refund all of your payments!
Terms of Our Guarantee
- Our Guarantee of Success is based upon open communication between our staff and the customer.
- It is the customer's responsibility to inform the staff of problems and allow us reasonable opportunity to resolve the problem, before requesting a refund.
- Missed fishing days or problems associated with poor weather, airline connections or other conditions out of our control, are not the responsibility of Whalers' Cove Lodge.
