Updated May 3, 2018
Dear Potential Applicant,
We are not looking for just another heartbeat to perform work, we are seeking crew with heart, who care, and will provide exceptional customer service.
Whaler's Cove Lodge is a unique employment environment. WCL is a cooperative, self-sufficient, remote operation that requires an immense amount of foresight, communication, and teamwork. Each employee, their attitude and work ethic, is critical to the success and enjoyment of our workplace. We are seeking crew members who truly are customer service oriented; who strive to provide the best vacation experience possible for each and every one of our guests. We expect our crew members to embrace their work every day and to be leaders with their exemplary professionalism. We have high performance expectations for our crew to provide a welcoming, tasteful, relaxing, and fufilling remote wilderness experience to our guests who quite often become our friends, returning year after year. As owners and managers, we do our best to greet and spend time with as many guests as possible, but it's our crew who graciously host our guests every day and who make the guest experience memorable. Our goal is to have a crew that inspires and respects each other and creates a satisfying and successful seasonal experience.
