Join us at Whaler’s for one of the best-kept secrets of the season – our Back to School Trips, running August 29th through the end of our season. While the kids are back in class, the lodge takes on a whole new kind of quiet. It’s a calm, late-summer retreat filled with crisp mornings, incredible fishing, and that peaceful Alaskan magic that only happens when the world slows down a bit.
This adult only week is tailor-made for guests who love the tranquility of the wild. Our freshwater streams and lakes are full of opportunity – from feisty trout to the last strong runs of late-season cohos. The wildlife is active, the waters are clear, and the fishing is nothing short of fantastic.
